Same problem with my Panasonic SA-PM500. Apparently the 30 pin connector for these devices only does digital audio but some stereos only use the analog audio pin.

I still have that iPod touch 4 for the scheumorphic design of iOS 6, I can turn it into a music library, and plus I have a lot of old 32 pin cables lying around that I don't want to throw away :p

Britec09 before I had my iPhone we at 64 gbs of storage, I had an iPhone 4 cdma at 16 gbs which was my daily driver for a year until I lost it, and my iPod touch 4, both having that old dock connector which I still prefer over the lightning port since for me, it's easier to spot and simpler to put in

Britec09, You should check out NCS which stands for No copyright music. This allow you to play music on your youtube videos without worrying about copyright strikes. They also have a spotify playlist. Amazing Video.
