Love this video!! Easy to follow but I still got sweaty! Perfect routine when you don't have time for gym but still wanna keep working out! Especially I like the boxing move! I used to do this at a class and lost lots of arm fat.

Dont forget to do some cardio every day too! even just one of my 10 minute cardio videos with the legs can help! Have you subscribed to the calendar? Thats exactly what I use to get results!!! Give it a shot!

I would do it 2-3 times per week! With the right nutrition, you'll start to see changes in a couple weeks!

I think most see results after 30 days, as long as they are following my calendar! That way you get 45-60 min work outs a day plus you actually get a day off on Sunday which you might appreciate! :]

Hi Sonia, yes the cardio aspect is great for trimming fat all-round that upper-body. Perhaps my ab workouts or obliques would be better if you really wanted to target the stomach area. And of course adding weights is best to tone the back - you can find that in plenty of my back, arm and chest workouts 😘😘
