Thanks! Usually I will skip any workout that’s upper body focused, because I have unstable shoulders and old wounds, even repetitive yoga chair pose will make my shoulder hurt. But this class starts with pilates that tight up my core to stabilize my shoulder that make the whole upper body workout much more accessible. Thank you Nicole.
