I did a heavy upper body workout and my body was so tight, this was extremely beneficial.

Here’s what works for me on your page that I wasn’t getting from others: the timer, the explanation of which muscles are being targeted, the rest period to learn the movement and the ease at which you perform them. Did an usually long and hard gym session, decided to stretch since I saw some clip of a guy saying that his best gains started when he decided to start stretching. Serched for upper body stretching and chose this clip. At the end of the stretching, I felt a dopamine rush like I've never felt before, then I got tears in my eyes and had to leave the room to get control of myself 😅 I almost never cry, unless someone close dies. Can anyone explain wtf happened?8

Exercise and stretching (especially stretching) allows you to release tension and any stress your holding. Stretching isn’t only good for you body but for your brain. A release of hormones flooding you helped you let go of whatever is hurting you that your brain was trying to shield you from. Don’t be afraid of that. It was a good thing! Congratulations and keep it up ! ❤

Gonna try this out before my gym session today! Just started my workout journey this month (March 2024), and it's taking a lot to get used to, but hopefully it'll be worth it in the end! I'm 5'7" and around 235 pounds. Tied with the most I've ever weighed at any time in my life, both of which happened right after huge depressive periods. I want to get that to under 200 by the end of the year! Or, failing that, I at least want to be able to get in some mad gains.

Thesis so good. Did this after heather robertson 2.0 day 6 where the palms of my hands were so overworked . This is my dessert to my main course!

Hi i bought your Full Body Weight Loss but I dont understand the layout. Per day is 1 exercise only?

It's a combination of about 4 videos per day. When you do all 4 videos, it totals to about 30 minutes of working out.
