It's important to keep muscles balanced and joints mobile! For anyone who's susceptible to shoulder issues or neck stiffness, this is a good one to do a couple times a week. Even if it's just one or two movements from this sequence. Clearly I'm slowing down in terms of the hardcore workouts but it's vital to take care of your "parts" as you get older. Plus I've been doing some interesting things in terms of nutrition and exercise induced Human Growth Hormone. And lots of "internal" work. I've been noticing a SHIFT. :)
