so glad that i found your channel. I always want to find an online crossfit channel after I relocated to a new country with no crossfit box near my home. Now I can do WOD almost everyday. Keep up the great work.

awesome WOD! I did it wearing a 20lb vest, and a 30lbs db. Deeps and push ups were on fire!! Regards!

That was surprisingly fun. Was worried that 50lb was going to be too light, but it catches up quickly. I think I am sold on that program.

Did this for my first split workout upper body focus and I must say this is ace! Need to find a proper bench though. Also if you look up Levi bent Lee on here you two kinda resemble. (((; again thank you!

Omg when u explain this exercise I’m thinking like haha Davis this finna be a breeze! Around round 5 I was like I can’t breath lol but I love this workout def have a new subscriber and would be doing this a lot more great workout 🏋️‍♀️

Hey I’m 18 ,I’m a pretty big kid I have some 40lbs dumbbells that I feel are too heavy please what do I do ? I’ve searched up various ways I can work with the 40 lbs dumbbell but I haven’t seen any result

No , not really. I attempted to do The work outs in the video this morning , and they weren’t as bad but by the 4th round I couldn’t go any more .

I would simply do what you can. If you have to cut the reps or rounds down a little, no big deal. Unless you're able to get lighter dumbbells, just doing a little less overall will allow you to eventually be able to handle more work.

With my knowledge and experience, there is no exercise or workout program that is ok for a male, but not for a female. You will be absolutely fine performing these workouts.
