I used a 25 lb weight and a 8 lb weighted vest. Fantastic workout!

Best work out I seen plus you guys tell how many rep's and how many rounds keep up the good work, my question is this can mix this work out with some core exercises , and can you do more videos on how to build muscle and to weight Thanks
