Today's exercise is going to ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣start the week off with a nice Upper Body toning workout to help strengthen, and tighten those arm muscles. 💪💪💪⠀

This workout is good to help increase mobility and tone up your arms, and give you more upper body strength!⁣⁣⠀

It’s gotten pretty hot outside which is perfect for you to get an extremely affective workout that’ll get the blood pumping for the day! ☀️☀️☀️⠀

This workout is great to give you that full body burn you've been looking for in short amount of time.⠀⁣⁣⁣⠀

So happy with the exercises thank you for showing the low impact ones too I m recovering from right side waiste thoracic injury pulled muscle i cant jump but so need to get back yo exercises did few months of physio

Make sure it is okay to workout again and if your PT gave you any exercises, make sure to continue those!

Stomach tight, legs slightly bent, sitting back in "athletic stance", your weight is pressed back on your heels (toes slightly lift off the ground). Hope that makes sense.

Press your body weight into your heels, so instead of putting all the weight into your toes, push back into your heels!
