No Equipment Needed, an Upper body workout that will help you to improve your strength and prepare your body for the You can perform this workout anywhere and anytime. Structure
------------------------------
The workout lasts for 15 min.
Every exercise lasts for 45 seconds and 15 sec rest. This is a full-length workout so you can just follow it while you training.

Exercise 2: Worm Walk
Exercise 3: Sphinx Push Up
Exercise 4: Plank Hold
Exercise 5: Bridge Dips
Exercise 6: Reverse Plank
Exercise 7: Pike Push Ups

I dont know why but every time when im doing an upperbody workout my arms are dying. Nothing else just my arms and maybe my shoulders a bit. Why? Im training it, does it have anything to do with my diet?

I'm a beginner and I'm not sure I'd be able to do all of the exercises if I do each one for 45 seconds. Can anyone please suggest a new time limit keeping a 15 year old boy who's fitness levels are fairly good?

Just do them, but adjust the variation to your liking, for example the push ups, if your unable to do them for 45 seconds, adjust on your knees and straighten your body to your liking where you still feel struggle
