Oh Tammy, I'm so sad that you were made to feel like you had to come and explain the look of your face here after your absence. It was just so wonderful to see you make a video again and really it just looks like you are really rested from being away. Very sad that you were in fact, under stress. Just remember that not everybody here thinks you owe us an explanation for each decision in your life. As for me, I'd love to be able to have botox to control my migraines and then a bit of it for the elevens but I think that is maybe something for two completely different doctors.

No one could believe I never had it done, but I do believe in doing Botox or whatever to help the aging process. They asked, what do you do?? I replyed; eat clean, lots of good water and take care of myself from the inside out💗! I haven't had any work done on my face, no fillers or botox. My problem is under eye bags and circles. How long have you been using the AOX? Your eyes don't look bad at all. I have been experimenting with different oils and my skin is again supple. I am a little older than you, but I will fight aging naturally. I have insomnia and my Nero is working on that, but in the mean time, My eyes are showing the tried. Thanks for being so frank in your video!

Annabelle Lee I have the same problem but have started to do lymph drainage massage, starting with the neck and moving up to the face and eye area and it has helped. I think the dark circles might be caused by lymph stagnation. Also, I make sure to use very little eye cream because when I use too much, the bags and circles are worse which I think may be because the lymph system cannot handle too much product in that area. So far, it has helped. I still have a little bit of darkness under one eye but it has been reduced. Also, just general facial massage and face exercise seems to help. It's a lot of work! I try to be consistent and do the face exercise in the morning and lymph drainage and facial massage at night.

I went through a very stressful time this winter as well. The weight also dropped and it seems my face did drop some. At that point I didn't care what I looked like. That was February. It's May now and I'm slowly getting back to skin care and masking. Thanks to you and your videos, they've brought me along. Xo

Honestly it is ridiculous that people need to know what you have done. To be curious is fine since we look up top you as someone knowledgeable and I personally wait for your reviews before wasting my time and money. That is a relationship you have formed with trust between us as subscribers who value your honesty. To say you look amazing , have you had anything done, would be curiosity speaking and again with no obligation on your part to answer , but to just assume you have had work done is wrong, and frankly not our business unless you make it our business by sharing of your own accord. Tammy, to me you always look fabulous, but I totally understand what it is like when you are not happy with the way you look, believe me if money was no object, I would have all sorts done to my face. Your doctor was right not to do your forehead, this happened to me, my doctor put Botox on the sides of my forehead and my already droopy eyelids became so heavy and more hooded, I was crying. I would like to try again but I am scared. I also wouldn't mind a bit of filler here and there. People are so cruel , I can't see the difference, you just look good like you always did. SugarPuffAndFluff I have had a number of treatments that made my eyes worse... Thinking it's the person not doing it right and trying over and over. They take your money when I now know... This makes my eyes droppy even more and I can't do this. But they will still do it when they are there to help. After this time no more. I don't think she paid attention with talking too much and made this time worse. I have thought of eye lid surgery and jowls. And I am so down on myself. The last clinic I went to basically made me feel awful in myself when I left with all the work I needed. This has made me feel worse. X

Tammy, you look gorgeous. Your doctor did a beautiful subtle job under your very good direction. I disagree that you will always have your 11's. I was told the same thing about mine because they were so deep. But if you continue with Botox/Dysport eventually you retrain your muscles. Mine are completely gone. I worked for a plastic surgeon for 7 years and have seen the miracles of Botox. I am still afraid of fillers but watching you today has given me a bit of courage. Turning 58 this summer and I will probably succumb at some point - LOL.

By far though, the issue you speak of-which is what I think of as jowls, Tammy has a different concept, involving more of the nasal labial folds, but mine are the two sections sagging down on either side of my chin. so, if you find out anything outside of this forum, please please share with me~ I promise to do the same:) We seriously have to support each other on this stuff ladies!!

I too was terrified of Botox and fillers until I watched Lori over 40 and Hotandflashy share their experiences. I decided to go for it since I was turning fifty and started to see signs of aging that really started to bother me. Oh my.... I could not believe the change a little dysport and filler could do. I LOVE it!! No one can tell other then me or if I show a before and after picture.. Amazing stuff and as long as I can afford it will continue to have my retouch done. The key is moderation... You look beautiful and thank you for being honest.. Makes me feel like I'm not alone.. welcome back!

You're right, Tami. What makes you happy is your concern! I believe the same, if what I'm doing doesn't directly effect someone else then it's none of their business. It may sound mean but really, people, if we could be happy for others in their joy instead of judging or being jealous this world would probably be a better place. Thank you for sharing your story.
