BASMATHI RICE
Tamarind - One small Gooseberry size
lukewarm Water - 3 Cups (total)
Big onion - 1 nos
green chillies- 5 nos
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Oil - 1 tbs + 1tbs
Mustard Seeds -1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 4 - 5 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Dry red chillies-1 nos
