My Illusion is about transplanting countries; much like yourself I've been living abroad for the last decade and, in bringing my family back to my home country, I must take up work in an industry quite apart from ESL. Big changes are coming in the next few months and it's a little scary, but it would be scarier to choose the route of short-term-comfort.

Great talk. Been thinking about this a lot lately. Def feel like a slave to the rat race. Pays too good to quit but enough to change my life anytime soon. Been looking at active investments to help speed that up but holding off on the job search as the economy, I believe, will slow down. Give you so much credit for chasing your dreams

Use your Illusion 1 or 2? Seriously though, I left my career as a Registered Nurse a couple of years ago and now work in a Bamboo Nursery. I'm not really striving to do anything other than have less pressure, better work hours, and more time for family. The itch to 'make something of myself' has long gone. It more about getting some balance at this stage in life.
