24 Oct 2023 + 1 This is the second time that I do slow jog and I am very grateful for the video. It helps to keep the momentum and focus. I haven't exercise for decades but find this a wonderful way to start. Really no panting while jogging. Very do-able.

Today is my second day to exercise after knee surgery. I like the pace 180 bpm. Nice choice of songs ( with strong drum settings) and a just right Metronome background. 😍
