I've been doing this for years due to a shoulder injury that elevates one of my shoulder higher than the other when doing push downs. I just use my warmup band. You get crazy mind muscle connection when using this and you don't have to use higher weight.

Thanks Wesley. Great tip.I have a bad elbow a lot of discomfort doing pushdowns.I wentto the Gym today and used a Hip circle they have there.I was pain free for the 1st time in Months.Also used it on my skull crushers no pain.Thank you again.I hope the familly is doing well.Stay Safe.

Ok so bought a circle band. It arrived today and oh my goodness. Fantastic idea keeps shoulders much safer and puts the full concentration on the triceps for push downs and triceps rope over head also great for small v bar sit down front delt cable press keeps elbows in line throughout the whole motion. Many thanks.✌️❤️🇬🇧💪

I'm probably at 70% of what I want it to be. But soon there will be a video up explaining everything I did in detail how I regained a lot of my hair back + the mistakes I made what caused the hair loss in the first place.

If you do it for biceps, it essentially works just like the old school arm blasters Arnold used to use

Great advice Wesley! I looked on Amazon and wasn't sure if that's the medium or large sized one. I'm guessing with your size it's the large one.

Do you recommend the Mark Bell hip circle or the Mark Bell sling shot?

I'm using the sling shot actually, but since hip circles are so much more common (from other brands too) and with simular effect, hip circles are just fine too.
