The could have, but you soon get used to them. And you get into a habit of hovering over different parts of the interface to read the tooltips.

Is there any way to add a third color to the gradients?

Hi. You can't add a third colour to the linear & radial gradient. But if you want to have more colours in a gradient, you can use the effects. If you look at the effect options in the "Gradient" section you'll see what you can use. For instance, there's a 4 point gradient, where you can choose a different colour for each corner. And there's a linear gradient there too, with more options.

Oh - You didn't say gradients. I thought you was talking about actually mixing colours, like mixing blue and yellow to make green. Glad you've found this 😀

Hi,If we rotate squre the gradient does not rotate, how to rotate it witchout rotating the column...is there anyway...plz help!!!

Hi Yash. Thanks for asking. Yes there is. If you select the gradient in your palette, then click on the Settings tab in the colour editor panel, you'll find a rotation option. That sets the rotation for that palette entry. Try out the other options while you're there.

@@DarrenTAnims what i am trying saying is suppose rectangle is horizontal and gradient also in 1 frame when we rotate it vertical the gradeint stays as horizontal in 2nd frame,it does not rotate with squre,...sorry for bad eng...thanks for reply

Having troubles in 1.2 version, gradients kinda overfill through shape borders.

There's been a few problems with 1.2. I hope they fix them soon. I'm still running on a pre1.2 version of OpenToonz at the minute, till they're fixed.
