Absolutely beautiful patch and performance! Sometimes the simplest concepts are the most powerful. I love how you include your flute with the electronic world you build. I love it very much!

Learning a lot from you lately. It's been great taking many of your concepts and using them not just on VCV, but Reaktor, Softube modular,and Voltage modular. You Sir, are the VCV Don. Nice touch bringing things back into the organic world with the flute as well.

I use this module so much. It's basically a Turing machine for me: command R over and over until I get something I like. Mostly I use it for non pitch modulation. But reset plus the "select" input make it tremendously useful for "deterministic generative sequences."

@@thewolfin for whatever reason, I dislike randomness in my patches. I was thinking of hitting cmd-R until I found something I like.

If you use one clock, but then reverse it, and reverse VOc signal too - and put them together (normal, backward, inverted, inverted backward) you get classic Bach fugue.

Very interesting and helpful, and beautiful to boot! We could then split the poly out from the ADDR-SEQ and use it with different voices, correct?
@OmriCohen-Music11 ай бұрын
Thanks! And yes, you can use Split to send the different channels to different voices.

@OmriCohen-Music11 ай бұрын
Yeah, polyphony can be a bit tricky. Let me know if there's anything I can help with :) The ADDR was set to -\+2 in this video

Polyphony is the single greatest feature of VCV vs hardware modular, in my opinion at least! This is a nice idea but there is loads more you can do by making everything poly.
