Shane since you have such good ideas and since technology is becoming more advanced these days, you should try and help make a sparring partner robot, one that is more padded and had lots of layers of padding so it don't hurt the sparring partner, it will help out a lot I've been thinking about that shit since I started training

That'll probably be way too expensive, since he'll need somebody to train an AI in boxing (let's not talk about other martial arts/combat sports) while having a human-like build, which is incredibly difficult, even with current technology. Though, that would be a tremendous help to anyone, as it would allow you to spar, even at home!

hey shane, just got some hybrids gloves like yours on the video, do you guys use wraps? i have found that if i dont use wraps my hand will get some damage due to the friction with the gloves :s

Ooooh yeah. I've had tons of bloody abrasions on my knuckles from the gloves rubbing over them and now they are scars. Wrapping is a necessity. It will protect against rubbing and will cushion your carpal bones against impact damage.

let me tell you this once taekwondo is not effective in the streets i recommend you to do muay thai,boxing, or mma rather than waste your money in taekwondo classes that will not help you in a street fight

The taekwondo stance is really effective. Many UFC fighters implement it, Sage, Conor Mcgregor, Darren Till, and Steven Wonderboy. Why do you say it only teaches you defend against one or two punches at a time? I was taught otherwise. And in no way is it useless. I believe it is one of the more effective martial arts for a street fight. If you know how to throw straight punches, side kicks, back kicks, and turning kicks you will dominate every street fight you get into.
