Lots to love about this video: the ginko tree, the German restaurant, the fold away stairs. The price not so much; the view not so much. I would build a custom bed along the wall opposite the stairs. The kind with retractable slats and raised so that a dometic fridge could roll in and out from under it. This would mean that I could have a washing machine, too. Those shelves in that nook would have to be extended out over the machine. Then a rolling desk/table with a rolling chair for the stair wall. This would give extra room for food prep. The loft for storage only. Thanks for a fun tour!

I'm surprised more tiny apartments don't make use of a foldable ladder/stair thing, it seems like a great way to maximize available floor space. also, the space in this apartment seems actually well-utilized, without too many wasted spaces or odd corners. actually really pleasant, though you can fit basically a futon and a chair in the place at maximum haha

The washing machine doesn't block the door. The shelves behind it could be used for toilet paper storage, though you'd have to feed it under the loo door like an Andrex puppy! No space for a fridge? No view, and not frosted glass? Stairs not too bad, not much loft height. Only room for a desk. Expensive. Nice leafy area nearby. 5/10. Pleased the restaurant reviews have returned! 😁👍

Like the loft and the ladder. I dont think I've seen a ladder like that before. Saves space. Like the idea of the shower being separate from the toilet. Between the price and no room for fridge, as well as that shelving area near the washing machine, I'm afraid that it has its pluses and minuses. There is a home for everyone. Until the next one!
@Taurus_Dragon11 сағат бұрын
This micro-micro apt is very cute. The shelf that is in the corner behind the shoe cabinet can be used for cleaning supplies and toilet paper storage as well. (Depending on the size and type of washing machine you get. The shower room is small but usable. The foldable staircase is a great idea for space saving. The kitchen is compact enough for one person. The fridge might fit under the foldable staircase depending on the size of it. The living area has room just for a desk and chair with a laptop and maybe a small bookcase. The loft space is quite spacious for a nice soft mattress/futon to have a comfortable night's sleep. Tho' the rent is very high might be of the season and/or location but still a very nice place. Happy Holidays Usui.

I wish there was an alternative place to store the emergency escape stairs as that would free up under sink area for some food storage, kettle, and maybe small fridge under stairs as you say. I am looking at small fridges now.

Not a bad place to live, albeit a little expensive. The loft space could be used as office/living room and maybe buy a sofa-bed and have that downstairs. A fridge could be put by the sink/cooker area or maybe get a small one and put it on top of the washing machine. Not much of a view out of the window though. Have a great festive season. It’s been a while since I’ve seen you, I hope you have been well. I’m delighted to see this new video. This is an interesting apartment, with the folding stairs you could have some small furniture on the main floor. Thank you for sharing this interesting place and please accept my best wishes for the holidays and for the new year to come!

This one is really great for this small size! Many good ideas combined - like that foldable ladder or that sink for bathroom and kitchen purposes. And washing machine and toilet not in the living room - nice. A small fridge could fit under the sink. I also like the clear window ...although the view is not so great. You could add curtains or blinds for privavy. And that top window also is a nice feature. I also like the loft, looks like you nearly could be standing there. For this size, it is really well planned. Just the price is a bit high...

Hello, Usui-san! It is a pleasure to watch another fine upload from you! First of all, this micro apartment is small, yet bright and elegant in nature. The ground floor of the apartment is very cleanly decorated. The windows allow a fair amount of natural light in. The shoe cupboard is very spacious. If like me, you only have about four pairs of shoes, the free shelves could be utilized for storage of other items. The space for the washing machine is wonderful, yet those shelves located behind can pose a problem! Perhaps purchase a small stepping stool of some sort so the shelves, though inconveniently placed, can be used. The kitchen is small, yet adequate for its intended purpose. Perhaps a mini fridge might be possible, placed near the cooking unit. The lavatory is rather spacious. The lack of toilet paper storage presents a problem; one that is solvable by placing a shelving unit above. The stairs/ladder caught me by surprise. A rather ingenious design indeed! An improvement to the stairs would be the addition of a handrail or two, as the steps appear to be very steep. The loft is large. Even though the monthly rent is a little high, this micro apartment is liveable, with the correct combination of furniture.

I would put a small fridge near the cook top, where it would fit under the stairs. Do you like the shower and toilet in separate rooms, like this apartment? Or in the same room, like your apartment? They both have their benefits. The shoe box is so tall. I would use only the bottom for shoes, and the rest for clothes and food pantry. I would use the loft for lounging and hobbies, use a small fold away bed at the bottom.

This is a small apartment, but, it is squared, no weird angled corners. You could put a kotastu downstairs for eating and guests. Sleep and work in loft. It’s not for you because of the height issue, but, for someone else it could work. The rent is too steep for what it is though, I think😅

I was happy to see another video and adventure! The apartment is modern and tidy looking as well as bright. I thought the hidden shelves were a bit peculiar, yet useful as a pantry. The ladder - I’m afraid of heights too, but I I would use this ladder without feeling vulnerable to falling. The windows are nice, but to think that there is a big chance of someone from the building across from you staring into your apt is a bit cause for a pause haha. I think that you could definitely find something a bit cheaper with more space/features. Overall, I like it, but I think I would continue searching for something else if I was moving. Thanks for the lovely walk and scenery and lunch! Happy Christmas 🎄

Sinon, la place manquante pour le frigo est rédhibitoire. L’absence d’armoire et d’étagère n’est pas gênante pour un suisse, les appartements ici ne sont pas loué équipé. I rather like this one, except for the lack of space for a small fridge. But depending on the size of the desk, I suppose you could put a small fridge beside it, which could also give a surface to hold a microwave, or lamp etc. I'm on the side of that being more of a ladder because of the steepness of the rungs, but I like its versatility. You can fix the lack of toilet paper storage yourself though. That being said, you've shown others that I liked better than this, for cheaper rent. :)

So, you will need long arms to get to the laundry detergent; long legs to get up to the loft; but that loft (all lofts really) requires you not be tall; and there is no fridge space. Pretty expensive….oh, and that upper window would never be opened if I lived there! lol! Too much trouble. 😂

Merry Christmas to Usui-san and Spiderman! 🎄 How can the escape ladder work properly with the obstructions outside the window? 7:23 It looks like there are objects the escape ladder would have traverse at an awkward angle. This is a very interesting apartment so I want to say something positive but I see negatives: there is no closet space, no storage space at all in the kitchen, nowhere to hang laundry, and (of course) no TP storage. The ladder is directly over the kitchen which means dust will float down over it. The ladder is a hazard because it is in front of the window--if a person were to fall, the injuries could be very serious. This apartment is a great place for someone who likes heights and who has lots of shoes but otherwise it is not good. And it is too expensive.

Not gonna lie, I found this ladder/stairs VERY interesting! I'd add something to make the loft seem more safe, though. But there's no way to put a small fridge under the sink or something like that? I'd rather have a fridge than a washing machine. And your lunch seemed very yummy huhuhu...

This one has some very nice things.. The staircase is clever and seems useful.
