Why do we get Extra Hunger?
In every obese person There is low digestive fire along with Increased abnormal Cough. This thing vitiates vaat dosha in body. Vitiated vaat dosha increases Pachak Pitta in terms of Quantity and heat. And hence obese persons get hunger cramps very easily
Option 1
In this option one need to have
A. Guru: Difficult to digest food substances
B. Apatarpan: Non nourishing Food Substances
HONEY is the best example for this. One can have honey along with Normal Water in between 2 Major meals.
Option 2
One can adopt have liquid diet during meals. For liquid diet one can have Juices, Buttermilk and Vegetable soups. This Liquids Give sense of Satisfaction to our taste buds and Brain. If we eat without proper planning then we may end up with Overeating. so always plan your dieting course.
