Madonna live is on a whole different level - as many pointed out, she (and her crew) bring this type of energy after already giving that amount of energy for the 2 hours our the show previous. I've been able to see her 3 times (in 2000, 2015, and last year), and you're right -- time does NOT go slowly while experiencing that sheer amount of energy from the show and crowd. I'd recommend watching the "Blond Ambition" tour, which was her 1990 tour that literally changed pop shows into the more theatrically based shows they are today (costumes, different "acts," set changes, etc.), and is considered by many to be her best show. Her live performance of "Vogue" from the 1990 MTV Video Music awards is also incredibly iconic if you're not wanting to sit through a whole concert :) Great reaction!

Confessions is madonnas best album and tour. She hasn't surpassed them yet. You have to watch the whole concert it's amazing. It's iconic from beginning to end.

Madonna live is incredible. She's the greatest live performer of all time. Her concerts are not to be missed. She's changed the way concerts were given and never stopped pioneering, from Blond Ambition Tour to the stage of MDNA, she's cutting edge.

What a lovely reaction. I dont know if this is one of your first Madonna reactions but I would suggest for you to do a deep dive into Madonna, she had the biggest album discography and she has AMAZING tours, this is one of her best ones. (Hung Up is the closing act of this tour, with that much energy despite 47 years old). And yes, I say this as a Madonna fan but this is the reason for it!

I’m in this video. You’re right. It flew by. This was the filmed the seventh and eight night of her Wembley shows so everyone knew the dance moves and that the balloons were coming so it made for a brilliant finale to the show and for the DVD. Plus it was her birthday.

Fun fact: One of the girls who’s a dancer here, her name is Charm La’Donna who was 17 during this tour and has went on to choreograph for people like Britney Spears (Make Me, the original version of that video), The Weeknd (After Hours Till Dawn Tour), Dance The Night by Dua Lipa (She’s also in the beginning of the music video) houdini as well etc, and Kendrick Lamar. She also came out to hype up the crowd at Kendrick’s show this week for Juneteenth at the forum! Which must have been a trip for her since the confessions tour also made a stop at the forum in LA in 2006. Also Madonna was like 47 on the confessions tour & killing it! & you might not have caught it but the pose she makes at 9:06 is significant because it’s similar to the pose she makes on the Confessions on A Dance Floor album cover.

I was actually at the Los Angeles show and this video doesn’t even come close to what it was like in person. It was full on light installation art show. She colors , it was so intense and just perfection.
