FF likes to mess with us a little. In an old episode he mentioned bigfoot early in the video. Then later he fixed the camera on some bushes about thirty yards away saying he thought he heard something. After a suitable pause, sure enough, a large hairy biped jumped into the frame with an explosive grunt-growl. This was mild by comparison. But bigfoots are notoriously reclusive and I'd never seen one before, so I didn't mind being startled. It was worth it.

Breakfast idea: make some quickbreads in the instant pot. All you need is any flour of your choice, eggs, and oil (I use coconut). From there I usually add maple syrup and anything else I want like frozen berries or cocoa powder or carrot pulp. Needs 45 mins to an hour in the pressure cooker. Look up a quick bread recipe and make it your own!

My favourite go-to breakfast is chopped potatoes and sweet potatoes. I fry them up in my air fryer. Sometimes I also fry up some onions (in a separate pan). I add poached eggs that I make in my instant pot. I top it off with a mixture of mayo, horseradish and Sriracha, and sometimes green onions if I have them.

for breakfast I can highly recommend overnight oats: - add oats, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon, cardamom in a bowl cover in oat/almond/cashew milk. - soak it overnight / or 30 minutes in the morning if you are lazy bastard like me. - add apples. mix together, top off with roasted pumpkin seeds, nuts etc... It's like a non-sugary moist apple pie. No sugars, a healthy dose of omega-3 from the chia seeds, and proteins from the oats and pumpkin seeds. you also get good fibers for the digestive system from the oats, apples and raisins! :) Bonus is that unopened oatmilk can stay in room temperature and usually last a year or 6 months. it's a great thing to just have in the van for long term storage, survival food etc. also great If you stay extended periods of time in the outbacks.
