So funny..the day before the out of yr video, I prepared Risotto Allo Zafferano, with Jerusalem artichokes ( TOPINAMBUR) IN ITALIAN, AND SAGE ( FROM MY GARDEN). HERE in New Zealand also is growing the ZAFFERANO, and as usual it has the unique and different smell from other part of the world. I received a big present, when I cooked in my restaurant, from Iran Embassy, one day...and. Omg...the best... I'm a fanatic about zafferano...no the TARTUFI, I think the men most than the women like this particular smell that remember me of some familiar women smell .....this why the men are more obsessed from TARTUFI... A big hug from New Zealand

Same with me. I'm a grown adult man in a design profession. My eyes get watered up at some of the beauty they capture. The Italians in general value beautiful design, history, elegance, passion, far higher than anyone else.

Excellent montage of that incredible area, nothing like the rolling hills dotted with beautiful hilltop towns. Garmont certainly picked the right people for their boots, I was impressed by their support of your work before and more so now. Have never see saffron harvested, very interesting. Many thanks, beautiful presentations.

Your beautiful video today reminded me of Northern California and all the rows of Olive and nut trees there! A lot of Italian olive growers migrated to Northern California and brought so many great farming and planting traditions with them.

I loved spending this day with you guys 🤗 I have never seen such beauty as the landscapes there! I found the saffron farm very interesting, and it was so nice of the family to bring you into their home and show you the process of preparing the saffron. The vineyards were absolutely breathtaking. And, the food that you guys ordered looked as though it was to die for❣️ The tourist industry of Italy should be paying you guys a fortune. You have certainly made me want to visit there! I think Luca must have been a helicopter pilot who gave wonderful tours in a former life. Just by the way he handles the drone shots. In some of your past videos I get dizzy just watching the extremely high mountain footage. They are quite thrilling even if I can't personally do heights anymore. The last one I did was Pikes Peak years ago and the atmospheric pressure there made me feel like I'd been drinking! Keep up the wonderful drone shots.
