This is the first time ever in the history of KZbin I have ever seen a home in Ghana that actually matches the price. edit: I don't know why my brain thought this was 2.5 million cedis, and not dollars. It's still ridiculously expensive and is clearly marketed to non Ghanaian people, but compared to ALL the other houses shown on KZbin in Ghana, it's still a closer match in price than what is usually shown.

This house is very typical of what you see here in South Africa with stones/concrete and wood combination but, that price is more than double what you'd expect to pay even in Joburg. The garden is also beautiful and the setting is perfect. I hope to see more stones being used and gardens in new Ghana developments.

Yup they are dime and dozen these types of houses in all of South Africa, not just Johannesburg but in South Africa it’d be barely carry a 100 thousand dollars price tag, they just have better builds and better value there…houses a bit expensive in Ghana it seems. I suspect the design is copied from there but I’m glad to see it in Ghana as it sits beautifully in the hills of Accra too…also they’ve created a semi self sustaining home which is great

Great layout, great views, the pool definitely sells the property. But the choice of materials is one of the most confused I've ever seen, almost feels like the video the owners saw that inspired the pool was one of many that made it hard for them to pick a consistent theme. Poor use of space, and furniture/fixture choices are just not great. It's a great start, the new owners will have a lot of work to do...

Wow!!! I speechless because that was a big house and it had everything. Whoever buy that probably wouldn't have to leave stay unless you clothes or food shopping.

I am curious who the owner and architect are? Beautiful home and land. You can’t beat that price for all that wow 🤩. I wish it was you Vanessa owning that house.

Gorgeous house to Vanessa a little too rustic for my liking but a dream house all the same. I can imagine a very rich businessmen or celebrity buying this property. However it’s good it’s got a three bedroom guest house, as it seems like it would take an army to keep this house clean and immaculate. I love the way you present your homes you Way you show and present property Vanessa you definitely could be a estate agent. I hope if someone buys it who has watched it on your channel you get some commission LOL. One thing I wondered about, what is the crime rate like in abree ? I mean you’re in the mountains in the country so surely it can’t be that bad. As I thought the security was a bit overboard.

Personally I would never move to Africa. It's nice to see a beautiful home in Ghana that's elegant and sophisticated. The only thing I hate to see is the bars on the windows. It takes away some of the beauty of the house. Nevertheless, it's gorgeous and worth the price! 🤗❤

I feel like you can make home and garden videos your niche, from Ghana to Nairobi to Capetown to Abuja, Dakar, Dar e salaam etc instead of vlogging.
