It's a joy to see a young man do a project justice. Anyone can weld a plain chassis and bolt-on a dirt bike engine, but to see someone build a chassis with correct diagonals and support pieces then perform a complete CORRECT rebuild of the engine... Thank you for taking the time to do it right. Subscribed and full bell.

INCREDIBLE ! Most videos on KZbin need speeding up like this, because they bore you to tears. However this video is so interesting [ and with such great craftmanship] I would gladly watch it in slow motion, over and over. Top notch work. If you want to run for President, you've got my vote............

Awesome video, but I would strongly suggest a thicker axle and make sure it's a soft type axle. OTK are a good brand to buy from. The softer the axle the more it absorbs bumps and if its thicker It will be harder to bend. I would also suggest MG tires as they last the longest. And yes, I am a professional kart driver and I race all across the country at national level races against international competition.

Im surprised you didnt use more kart parts. You could add front disc brakes, ventalated rear, thicker rear axle, better axel bearings, i could see you added a 3rd quite late in your build here, karts use 50mm axel in a few different hardness choices. The bigger diameter allows for a thinner wall and less weight for same strength.
@WildfoxFabrication5 жыл бұрын
you say it wouldn't be worth it to restore the bike cause it would cost thousands....... so instead you spend thousands turning it into a go kart. love it.

Great JOB!!!! Especially going back and rebuilding it!! WOW... Simply out of curiosity, was your accident caused by the actual kart when trying it out? You may have already answered this, I apologize if you have. After you showed us video of your hospital stay, then immediately began rebuilding kart, that's the first thing that came to mind. If it was caused by the build, can you tell us what was wrong, and what preventative measures did you take on the second build? Thanks! Keep up the great work!!
