What record label was this taken from? Judging from the sound of the accompainment I bet it must be a Grey Gull recording.

Yes. My version is on the Van Dyke label which was only made in 1929 and 1930. The tone is easily distinguishable on the dime store labels which I think you likely know. I have seen one on ebay on the Madison label which was identical except for the label itself.
