Hai I used to watch many of your videos .I was a yoga trainer too I have 7 months old baby ..now my weight is 78 it was 65 earlier ..so but worried abt excersise because am breast feeding.what u say about this ?

usually u can start exercising after 6 months.. but only if your doctor say you are absolutely healthy. So if you are fit ..you can start working out
