Nice, I must admit I'm more of the over the top chamfering/filleting type, good on you for showing restraint. Also nice to see someone mentioning the practical uses of chamfers and fillets rather than just the "Ooo... pretty..."

This was extremely useful. As a novice going from Tinkercad to Fusion, this actually showed me a lot of things that were not covered in the Fusion 360 official Intro course! Love it! :)

A few more observations. Filleting the four outside corners before adding the pedestals would prevent the (probably insignificant) problem of the reduced thickness of the corners not covered by the pedestals. Chamfering the top of the box very slightly would keep the flat top look while preventing the first layers printed from protruding slightly if your printer/filament is prone to "elephant footing". If you right-click on the text then select Explode Text, you can convert the text from the blue bitmap representation to actual geometry. Then, if you select the geometry and UnFix it, you can position the exploded text precisely using constraints. All that for a more perfect box. ;)

Yes, exploding things can be handy. BTW, I appreciate your modeling the PCB first and using it as a reference as well as your especially clear explanations in this video and in your other videos. Looking forward to episode 3.

I am just now venturing into 3D printing and this series was immensely helpful! Thank you very much.

Nice use of fillets and chamfers to avoid printing defects. Especially useful as I happen to be designing an electronics enclosure myself. Thanks!

Yes great tip, but i had also added the fillet on the inside to keep the wall thickness consistent. You could do the fillet before the shell command but most time pain in the a.s in complex designs.

Seems like everyone saves fillets and chamfers for last, which is not always best. If you do, you can always move the fillet and/or chamfer feature(s) to before the shell feature in the timeline.
