Unfortunately, many influencers lack courage and integrity to address the elephant in the room and are likely promoted (fudged algorithms) to divert attention away from it.

Hi Sir. I feel we take in two types of food. One is Regular (homemade) and the other is Celebration food (junk food). Whenever we celebrate, we take in junk food. If we regularly eat Celebration food, we are going to have less days to celebrate. Nowadays Celebration food has become Regular food for most people which is not correct.

Most of the celebration food is causing diabetic and heart patients because the ratio of carbohydrates is 70 percent of diet and protein and fat is negligible so carbohydrates in diet for whole day should not be more than 26 percent of whole day meals

My grandfather is the biggest example he is 106 pure vegetarian ..my grandmother was non-vegetarian,she died at 86 . My grandfather still do cycling and swimming . He says vegetarian diet and zero sugar, keeps cells more active . 🌿🍀🍀 I'm also vegetarian since 12 yrs , we have real life example in our family.. Don't trust such videos

Problem is hyperinsulinemia. Reduce carb intake to below 100 gms per day and 1.5 gms per kg bodyweight protein per day with healthy fats to have a winning healthy diet.

i tried the alternative test for microbiome test i realised rice wheat does not suit my body . i replaced rice wheat with pulses like moong matki and i have it everyday as my staple food they contain proper protein to carbs ratio and i hv started having meat everyday along with 4 eggs everyday i feel more energetic now comparatively while excercising. important point to mention is that homemade chicken is tastier then street food .
