I will be vegan for 1 year on January 1st. It was the most amazing year of my life so far. I cured my disordered eating, lost body fat and gained muscle with less exercise than I had before, my pollen and dog hair allergies vanished, my sinuses which I had a lot of problems with and for which I had to take antibiotics regularly calmed down so much. I used to be sick so often, I'm not anymore. I've learned to love food and myself and I became a much kinder, conscious person. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. People like you are important!

dannycool59x Let me recommend to you Tony Wrights book 'Return to the Brain of Eden'. It outlines his theory of human evolution, and how we're fruit specialists. It seems to me that of all the apes, we're best adapted to veganism physiologically, so my answer to your question is yes, I think we were vegan for much of our history.

Sharing on my Facebook. Meat dairy and eggs caused digestive distress in my life and the only cure was to eliminate them from my diet. Irritated bowel syndrome is linked to eating meat dairy and eggs. Now beginning my new lifestyle I weighed 360lbs. Today I weigh 225 pounds and no longer considered morbidly obese. I have M.S. And am wheelchair bound but eating a plant based diet has decreased pain, and swelling. Over the last year my doctor has taken me off 5 medications and all of my labs have come back very good. My blood pressure and blood sugar has decreased and I feel so much healthier. Thank you for sharing!

I became vegan in January 2016 and it has changed me. It has opened my heart, made me understand that my impact on this planet is important and measureable and that I can change for the better. I am no longer confined to my ignorance and guilt, I have understood that I have the chance to have a positive impact on the planet and that others can benefit from my existence. I can choose not to act in distructive and inhumane ways, but to be a steward of the earth and to coexist in peace and compassion with every one of its inhabitants. I nerver used to make donations or sign petitions or speak to people about what is important, I used to only care about myself. But finding my integrity by alining my actions with my values has made me find my true purpose. And despite now being aware of the atrocities that vegans fight, I have found happiness because I can live a meaningful life.

She's a great example of how we must stay on course focused on cause and not get pulled into destructive agendas, wasting precious time on all the symptoms that pop up. I say ignore as we remind folks that there will continue to be lots of underhanded pushback and just to see it for what it is.. the greedy selfish among us who wish to keep status quo/profits rolling in, as they watch everything around them destruct, without blinking. And keeping folks confused is a great easy way to keep them stuck in this vicious harmful circle indefinitely.

Definitely Steve-O is for real because he's in it for the animals & he's a long-time vegan... unlike a lot of people bashing ethical veganism, some of whom are connected with and featured on this very channel. Yakup Dogan They won't promote plant-based because they are making way too much promoting and selling animal food. we as people have to be smarter and make better food choices by eliminating all animal foods from our diet. I feel so much better after going vegan.

Yakup Dogan Fluoride is good in the water, and there is no evidence to suggest organic food is better than non-organic.
