4:19 When I saw the thin slices in the intro I instantaneously thought "this is genius!" - such a great way to implement *a lot* of flavour in there! I mean, the skewering idea is also just amazing :D

So happy to see another video from you! And I must say, although I am totally not a white-bread person, this sandwich looks fantastic! The intro shots were great - I immediately though it must be packed with flavour! Also, the fun name you came up with made me think what would I name this dish and it would definitely be a "Kabun" - still in the hilariously sounding sphere ;P . Anyways, sending you lots of love! Really happy to see you in a more creative place at the moment :) Stay safe and have a great rest of the week!

Thanks, Katie. My mom casually peppered it into a conversation one time that she hated my intros... So of course I got self-conscious. I let it slip out that day and decided to just roll with it. Haha.

You are cooking the "recipe song" of my people!! Had me at BBQ!! I have a hard time driving by my favorite BBQ joint in KC. I avoid that street...seriously avoid it. Their Sauce is vegan... but the smoked meat not... my husband said if I could come up with a recipe... he would try it!! Maybe dry rub first on veggies/tofu for this KC girl...then last few minutes coat with sauce... my mouth is watering watching this video!!!

No wonder ur dog doesn’t want to go outside when it’s hot you have a gravel backyard, would be so hot on their paws.

Absolutely. However, he had been out there not long prior to that. I've have to monitor his outdoor time because he's always trying to go out there to sit in his favorite spot. He seems to like the heat, but I'm not about to let him stay out there.
