You are cooking the "recipe song" of my people!! Had me at BBQ!! I have a hard time driving by my favorite BBQ joint in KC. I avoid that street...seriously avoid it. Their Sauce is vegan... but the smoked meat not... my husband said if I could come up with a recipe... he would try it!! Maybe dry rub first on veggies/tofu for this KC girl...then last few minutes coat with sauce... my mouth is watering watching this video!!!
