I love the banter between you two, this was a really fun video. I used to love "recipe?!" videos so I already really like this format, looking forward to more! I enjoy longer recipes with everything made from scratch, but most of the times I end up cooking with whatever leftovers I have on hand so this is much more realistic.

Thanks, Juan. It's funny reading comments and people saying that it's "uncomfortable" to watch us. When you've been living together, and working from home for 6 years, and you spend the last year and a half locked inside together, you tend to have a comfort level and banter that may appear to other to be unpleasant. Shrugs. Haha.

"Making a Meal Out of It" is a great series title. If you have veggies on hand -- I grate or mince them for regular pizza and blot them dry for regular pizza. Carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, bell pepper, and all the rest. My sister prefers her mushroom sautéd first, so you could reduce the wet factor this way, too.

I love this idea. Of 2 for one meals. Using it for a second recipe. And yes to sitting down and eating, You, Ben, and the fur babies chatting. Eating out is good. But would need to be chain restaurants so we can all try it. 💚💚💚 I would also like a series of you taking non vegan dishes WE give you and making them vegan!!! My first one would be Tuna Noodle casarole. Recipe canned cream of mushrooms soup, egg noodles, peas, onions, canned tuna, cheddar cheese, crunchy cracker topping, salt and pepper. 🤣🥰

It's in the Crossroads Kitchen cookbook... I'm not sure if it's online anywhere. Ben, suggest rewatching Breaking Bad (assuming you have already watched but hey it's a classic) or Faulty Towers series another classic if you in the mood for laugh your ass off comedy. My old dog just had a couple of toes amputated for cancer and I have done allot of couch time with him so I can relate to your lack of decent watching options Personally I have come to hate What I eat in a Day video's, they all open up with a variation on coffee....and honestly I think it is just a way for people to crank out content, what you are doing here is much more interesting IMHO. I really do like the cooking and then eating with dialogue and would definitely watch those videos. I thought that this was a really great video, just what was on hand and I agree that the Trader Joes chorizo is great! Honestly, I think most vegans pretty much have the same stuff hanging around in the pantry/fridge and inspiration on what to do with it is always welcome.

What I eat in a days tend to be repetitive if you're watching vegans, so much oatmeal and smoothies!! LOL! I still like to watch them though and get an occasional good idea from them. I also like product review videos, like what Make it Dairy free does. Sweet Simple Vegan has done a bunch of fast food videos, those are good too, although I really don't frequent those places. I like the concept of this video, the Making a Meal out of it and would like to see more of them.

I'd love a short series on modifying non-vegan recipes. I know there are plenty of vegan recipes already but I don't like or can't afford some of the specialty food products. I could use help knowing what recipes I can modify (or won't work) and how, quality resources for substitutions, some healthy but cheap and fun. I don't want you to stop being foodie/gourmet! Fancy/cool can be mixing your own spice mixes or introducing us to a cool product like J&D's vegan Bacon Salt and how to use it. Popcorn is so ho-hum and ordinary, but I know for sure that you could whip up six different vegan seasonings or recipes to make a movie night fun and affordable. Anyway, keep working on this. Your viewers are lazy. Shame on them. Pressing subscribe is easy, they just need to be reminded. One of the channels I follow finds a new way to remind everyone to subscribe to each posting which is both cute and useful.

I'd like you to taste test "Nick's vegan ice cream." It's a product that has some controversy over its ingredients. I'd like to know what conclusion you come to as to its "veganality." lol. Here is their FAQ's page regarding ingredients - nicks.com/pages/faq (there is a lot there, but scroll all the way down and you'll find interesting info/questions) Their options look really yummy. I've yet to try them; but, if you happen to have them available, I'd love to get your thoughts on it. And if you decide to taste them, your review!

@@MonsonMadeThis EXACTLY.
