I wish folks would stop trying to promote vegan dishes as a substitute for animal parts like "wings"; it only brings out the trolls. Instead, promote these dishes for what they are: delicious and nutritious. I'm a committed carnivore, but I adore trying new things. I don't care that they look like, or might have the texture of, meat products. Let them stand on their own merits, of which there are many.

Thank you! This is just what we need. I have labored for days making Thanksgiving dinner each year. This year, I said enough is enough. I want something simple and tasty. I found you and now it’s time for a new way of doing Thanksgiving! Thank you!

Substitute a can of undrained garbanzo beans for the chick pea flour. Just puree in a blender with the seasonings. I used crushed rice crackers for the breading.

I don't know if you'll see this; I notice you haven't posted in a couple of years. If you do - this looks amazing! My roommate used to make chickpea flour flat breads (soccas) and I loved them, so I know I would love this too. Thanks for the video, I hope you're well.

Loved this video! Thank you! I love roasted veg on my salads to wilt the greens to make chewing less arduous (lol). The other thing I love on salads are starches... a couple of cooked red potatoes or some rice to give it longer "staying" power 😋.

Please use black salt. In indian cooking it’s called Cheela. Chick pea flour or Besan is used in savoury and sweet dishes.

I got 4 red bell peppers and 4 scotch bonnet peppers and put them thru food processor and added 2.5 % salt .I let it ferment 5 days . Added some vinegar and use it every day ! And keep it in fridge .... not too hot but I can feel the heat !

I use my French press for keeping the cabbage under the brine, you have to remove the Center stick, and use one of those multi-purpose silicon lids to cover it, allowing gases to escape.
