I did it!!!! I think I needed to squeeze more water out before I let it rest like you said, because it was more moist than I wanted - but it still tasted so good!!! And shredded up and pan-fried could hardly tell the difference - THANK YOU SO MUCH! I never would have done it without your example, everyone else’s videos seemed too intimidating - and now I’m so excited to try it again! You’re the best!! 💕

These videos impress me more with each you make! You make WTF method seem so much less intimidating for so much better results, very inspiring. By all means throw an ad on these videos, you deserve it! I notice your audio mixing has a sort of "boomy" quality, there might be an easy way to adjust the levels in editing software to make your voiceover smoother to listen to. In any case please keep making these!!!! Every video is a hit!!

Why I’m never able to achieve your texture of the dough. I feel like I wash it too much, but I tried to wash it a bit less and it turned out disgusting. I’m vegan since 2016 and still learning 😭
@yessicainfante831

It takes practice. I would say, the most important part to achieve the shreds besides the washing part is resting it and knotting it.
