Holy Burgerrony... This beast looks amazing :) Being vegan for over 130 days I am still amazed how many incredible plant based recepies are available. Your Channel is one of my favourites. Sadly in Europe most of the products you are using are impossible to buy, so I must search for some replacements. Greetings from Warsaw

Thanks for the recipe, gonna try it asap! Btw, what type of cheese do you put on pizza? Do you make your own? I found that vegan cheese tends to be quite gooey and not very stretchy or chewy. Wich isn't a problem for me (as a level 5 vegan), but my friends and family aren't convinced by vegan mozzarella yet :(

Damnnn the amazing fried crispy batter on that!! The real question I have is how come I can't get seitan to look that good ;p Is it the texture of the seitan vs mushrooms? I followed the exact recipe and substituted seitan and it didn't come out nearly as awesome haha
@TheeBurgerDude3 жыл бұрын
Oyster Mushrooms work so well becuase they have a lot of nooks and crannies, so the next time you make a seitan patty, try to make it more organic with a lot of uneven areas so the breading can get more craggly!
