Just made a big batch of this recipe - I absolutely loved it, so many beautiful flavours, nicely filling and super healthy! I've been vegan for over a year and this has to be one of the best meals I've made in that time. I left it to reduce for about half an hour while I cleaned up - such a great find, thanks guys!xxx

Hi guys! Love all your stuff! But just a thought, expand these 5min videos to 10min. That's fast as well and you can properly explain all the ingredients and do the full recipe without the stress. If you're busy and have to make some food when you come home from work you do have time for a 10min dinner. Don't take this as critic because I do really love your chemistry and all the other stuff that you put out! Peace!

Looks great although I think an extra 5/10 minutes cooking would work best as it looked a little watery!
@thehappypear8 жыл бұрын
Yeah you're probably right Tom, we were just trying to make it within 5mins, but that being said the veg did have a really nice al-dente crunch!

I thought Korma was made with turmeric. At least all recipes I've checked to cook it used turmeric as main spice. (I also add others like cloves and cardamon)
@jessicayork64688 жыл бұрын

To be fair it will take 10 minutes to get everything out of the fridge, etc, then 5 minutes to work out what you're going to do. Then if you're alone another 10 minutes to cut everything and then 5 to 10 minutes to cook. So about 30 minutes. To me that is fine.

You guys teach me a LOT but... A whole can if FULL FAT Coconut milk?? Oh, hell no! Coconut ANYTHING is SATURATED fat! I've got 40 + years of research behind me and I cook for the heart. (Vegan? You bet!) I'd rather eat a Big Mac & a large order of fries if I wanted that much SATURATED FAT in my diet. Guys, want a healthy heart in your later years? AVOID fat from wherever it comes from! (A pure plant based diet will provide you with roughly 10% fat. Oils of ANY kind, nuts and ANYTHING from a coconut except the water WILL damage your arteries. Proof? "How to prevent and reverse heart disease" by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and MANY others! Still... Luv ya and will continue to cook (and occasionally modify your recipes)

This food looks depressing for Indian people. Where's the onion?! You need to put about 3 onions in that dish lol. Oh yeah, we Indian use a lot of onions haha. Well, more like lot of everything.

Isn't a scallion a green onion? They used four? Or would more like 4 yellow onions be traditional? Thanks!
