Wow! You guys cook these delicious looking meals with no effort. I'm new to plant based. I have fully transitioned yet. I tried making the fritters and I made them a little to wet but the mix was still delicious. They did firm up some after letting them cool. I still ate them. LOL! It's a little overwhelming now trying to make something that will taste good to family. I'm still encouraged.

I use your recipes to pack my lunches for the week at work and to cook dinners I'm excited to come home to. Videos like this are great for me! I was a bit uninspired at the amount of curries I'd been cooking so it's helpful to see some really cool meals that still have a good nutritional profile that are a bit different to what I've had on rotation.

Started making hummus ~15 yrs ago, and have now resorted to 1/2 tsp tahini for the flavour, resorted to more citrus juice, honey, no added oil, and used mixed beans (e.g. black, haricot, chickpeas) which means less calories and more umami. It's super decadent, smooth and flavourful! Would you give it a go?
@tamcon726 жыл бұрын
Minus the honey, maybe, because that's not vegan. Sounds like a delicious variant; thanks for commenting it : )
@Apocalypz6 жыл бұрын
Ha, solid point. As you can tell, I'm not vegan so thanks for understanding. ;)
@Law-_6 жыл бұрын
please, for the bees, use maple/agave syrup :)
@mydear67886 жыл бұрын
Honey? More likely corns syrup! Real honey disappeared. Fake honey everywhere, even if you think or read it's real most likely corn syrup. Unless you got bees witch are also disappearing...
@Vegoonery5 жыл бұрын
I might try it soon! I'll sub the honey with maple syrup. I love hummus but it normally has so much fat, which calorie wise, means I can't have as much hummus as I really want. Thanks for the inspo!
