Jake Mace, I always "stick around" for your videos! No worries! Haha! You have helped out this "new" vegan ALOT! I've been vegan about two years and I have already started a BABY garden!!! ... We are in a rental, and I KNOW, I can make it work, AND I AM! I'm working on my little garden and THANK YOU! You have inspired and helped out this extremely poor and new vegan! THANK YOU! Love y'all!!!

How to Grow Tree Collards or Tree Kale. Tree Kale or also called Tree Collards are edible collard greens that I have grown to about 12 feet tall. My original Tree Kale or Tree Collard Plants lived for 3 years, never went to flower or seed, and grew to 12 feet tall. The tree kale plants in this video are now about 8 feet tall and are the baby pups off the 12 foot mother tree collard plants. www.JakeMace.com

If you had a willow tree you could soak some leaves in water then water the cutting with that. The willow helps and acts as a rooting hormone and is all natural.

It's very good to teach and inspire children to grow vegetable. That would guide them to a healthy life and reduce the time they play on computers. Excellent!

It's nice to see kids being raised this way. I now want to get ahold of tree collards. I have the white cabbage butterfly problem, I think I'll get a netted area for the brassicas rather than clearing them out early.

You can wash your hands with dry oatmeal and a bit of water after gardening. It even gets the dirt out from under your nails, while making skin nice and soft. Give it a try. I've had a terrible time getting tree collards to take here. I'll try your method. AND can I buy some cuttings from you?

Hi Jake, can you grow purple tree collard in a container? If yes, how large will the container need to be, 100L?

Loved the video :) Glad your teaching young kids as well we need to have our next generation in touch with nature. Whats the story with the bird btw im interested also that waterfall / river is epic, the flow of minerals and life in that water. No wonder the Egyptians loved their nile river and prayed for the floods to come each year for huge crops.
