I met some young dairy cows in Sonoma and I played with them throwing them grass over the fence, each one had a different personality, I could tell. Then I went to Petamula to the slaughterhouse on Sunday jumping over the fence and met the cows and the pigs there. The next day, my heart sank. I knew all those animals I met had been killed.

I just made fresh bread with coconut flour, almond flour and chia seeds with dates and bananas, gluten free, with Chia seeds and I’m eating it with Miyokos culture vegan butter it’s so good my favorite dessert

Lo pregunto porque mucha gente suele decir que el veganismo hace que las personas envejezcan más rápido, ya sabes... hay montones de canales que explican cómo el veganismo deteriora la salud, y a diferencia de la otra mujer, victoria Moran, a esta mujer no se la ve tan saludable. Todos quieren saber la edad que tienen las personas de las entrevistas, para saber si el veganismo es bueno para la salud o no, así que tu pregunta creo que sobra, porque aquí la entrevistada es ella, no yo.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or eliminate cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables.Eliminate fast food and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

Again and again veganism showed to be linked with higher consciousness. And there is not need to be fully enlightened to realize that killing another sentient being and eat it is insane.
