Thank you for giving me the push to give it another try because the first was a complete failure. Re: Just Egg, what I do to stretch it - I pour the carton into an ice tray then freeze. Once frozen I pop them into a bag and when I need one, I defrost a cube (about 2 tbls) and use in my tofu scramble. The combination not only saves me $ but it gives the scramble an almost real and fluffy texture.

I have got hooked on the folded just egg, not find the regular liquid just egg around the stores much? I agree about the oil it might make it more like the original just egg? Who knows???

Just saw the new package at Walmart for the just egg folded egg same price as the larger box over $5 but now only 4 in a short box? 😮 bummer I might have to make it now!!!!

Interesting. If I am correct the Just egg in CND is pretty expensive , but I guess with exchange it is comparable. Cool video

I made Julia Dunaway's version and it is super pliable and very good. It folds just like Just Egg. Her channel is Chef Julia. I have tried many different versions and hers was the best in consistency. All of the other ones were a little too thick

Some add Baking powder to make it little fluffy. I am old and never in my life liked eggs or egg smell.
