That looks so good! I started eating tofu after watching your recipes, it's so good. I'm in the Panhandle of FL, the weather front moved through our area from 10 am - 1 pm today. Scary weather, we had 6 tornado warnings. Lucky for us, it didn't get real bad here. Thousands are without power in our area (we have lots of trees, probably outages were due to them). Some parts of Panama City, FL got pounded, homes were shifted off their foundations. Hope your weather isn't bad there!! Stay safe... 😁

I’ve never heard of freezing tofu to change the texture! I’d love to see a video all about tofu 😊 much love

It really does make a difference! It makes the tofu a lot chewier!
