@@FitnessMyLife I need some suggestion from you. I weigh around 59 and consuming 120 gms of protein. I am vegetarian. Because of this much protein, I am feeling bloated and having gas issues. Could you please guide me how to get to rid of it?

Sir, I really appreciate your hard work that you are putting in. Hope you get more and more subscibers and likes and views. I watched many videos of yours and it's helping me a lot . I have a question -- is it necessary to eat something before and after workout ? Cos I don't eat anything in the morning or post workout. I directly have my lunch after workout.

Thanks! Pre workout meal is not needed if you are able to perform well during workout but post workout is important to feed your hungry muscles to recover (& to avoid catabolic state) and restore depleted glycogen levels with fast digesting carbs.

Thanks Satyam, in order to lose weight / fat, first you need to be in calories deficit and if you do resistance training along with that then it will help you lose fat and build muscles if you are taking high protein diet along with other nutrients.

Hi Dharma, The macros are around the same as I mentioned in my previous video. 45% Carbs, 30% Protein and 25% Fat.

Maine lock down ke time pe kewal ghar pe workout kiya aur 7-8 lbs muscle mass gain kiya. Usse pehle main gym bhi jata tha par ab gym aur bands dono se workout karta hun.

Hi Khalid, first apni target calories find out karo in deficit aur uske baad jo food main is plan me bataya hai uski qty adjust karo.. Calories ke liye aapko myfitnesspal app use karni padegi.

Aap worout se 1-1.5 ghante pehle koi bhi complex carbs or Protein ke sources le sakte hai. Maine jo bhi breakfast me options diye hain unme se kuch bhi try kar sakte hai.

Best to weigh raw as its more accurate but sometimes if you forget to measure uncooked then you can measure cooked as well.

Brother present i loss whight 82 to 69 Kgs last 4 months I am doing diet, now I want to gain muscle till I have small belly fat ,my height is 163cm,30 years , morning i play badminton daily for 30 to 40 minutes after doing abs workouts, and evening doing whights workout for an 30 to 45 minutes and abs workouts,i eat 1300 to 1400 calories as per healthyfy me free suggest, Please suggest me to build muscle like you, please brother

Hi, In order to gain muscles., you need to do regular weight training (bands or gym) 4-5 days a week and eat enough protein in your diet. (1.6-2.2g per kg) and take 7-8 hours sleep to recover. You can follow workout and diet videos on my channel. Thanks!
