Unfortunately, ALA is converted to EPA and DHA at a rate of less than 9%. So plant sources aren't great. The fishes he mentioned already have EPA and DHA.

The title of the video is a bit misguiding..... Omega 3 has 3 components - EPA, DHA and ALA. But all plant source mentioned have only ALA hence they arnt proper source of Omega 3
