How to Make Easy Vegetable Cutlet
Big onion - 1 Cup (Finely chopped)
BEANS - 1/2 Cup (Finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 Cup (Finely chopped)
ginger - 11/2 tbs (Finely chopped)
green chillies - 2 - 4 nos
Potato - 4 nos
Refined oil - 11/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Pepper powder- 1/2 - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cornflour- 3/4 Cup
Bread crumbs- 2 Cups
Refined oil- ( For Frying )

cooking സമയത്തു മോതിരം മാറ്റുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്... പിണങ്ങത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു കാര്യം കൂടെ പറയാം. ഒടുവിൽ ഫുഡ് ടേസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ശബ്ദം ഒഴിവാക്കുക, like, closing the mouth while chewing.

Excellent, recipe. Can we use rava instead of bread crumbs? Have you eaten India Coffee House cutlet, it has a very special taste and the main ingredient seems beet root. That is the best cutlet I have eaten ever. Bye the way can we keep the bread powder for later use for long time in freezer? Most of the time we throw bread after expiry date.
