always a great episode when you take a few minutes to mentor and share experience with optional components for others. An essential part of this platform is helping others on their journeys and you do that very well. Kudos! I have been following since the beginning and wouldn't miss an episode.

Another incredible footage with very new and great cam angles. Every time I see your pictures, I am magically drawn into this unique landscape. I think you cannot be grateful enough to live every day anew, surely in one of the most wonderful and beautiful countries and landscapes on earth. Besides, the short beard suits you, somehow makes you younger. :)

I’ve been following you for quite some time now. I look forward to seeing where you have been each week. There are two things I really appreciate about your videos: 1) complete reality/honesty. 2) No music. I love it that you don’t pollute your videos with music. The sound of nature is a treasure. Don’t get me wrong, I like music that is soothing and appropriate for the video. But some KZbinrs just over do it with loud, mind numbing noise. So, I just mute them or quit watching them. Anyway, you are doing a great job! THANK YOU!

I don’t see one and if you don’t have one you really need a ham radio in your Jeep. Not only would it give you more reliable secondary communications, but the National service broadcast local weather on amateur radio frequencies all across the US. For example in Utah there are 17 broadcasting stations and in Colorado there are 29. Only using 7 different frequencies its easy to find a station nearby most of the time.

I recognized Rose Garden Hill in the video. I was there about 8 yrs ago, in a group of 9 vehicles & a dirt biker started up the hill while we were reconning the trail. He only went up about 100 feet & turned around & wished us luck. We had spotters & it made all the difference. The trail is rated about 8 most years & I still had damage to my Jeep, but we all made it. Personally, I think you made a wise choice to not go alone. It never makes sense to beat up your vehicle & possibly breakdown when you are that far away from any assistance.

Beautiful! Beautiful country! That panoramic view at 16:20 was phenomenal. You needed more spaghetti on your plate, Chris. My comfort food...just made a huge pot of it this afternoon.
