I really like that 1UP bike rack you guys are using. We’ve had Rad e-bikes since 2019 and have hauled them across the country many miles on our 5th wheel using a Hollywood rack. The 1UP rack you guys have looks much easier to load and operate. Thanks so much for sharing.

Chris, I had an e-bike, but since I have a 365RD with a rear cargo bay, even with a folding down bike rack it was not easy to get in and out of the cargo bay. I ended up giving the bike to a friend. Good video though. Thank you for sharing. Have fun and safe travels.

Awesome video! Having a dependable bike rack is essential when attaching bikes to the back of a trailer or motorhome. I'll need to move my license plate because of its current position. I've also been considering the same type of LED rear lights. I'm mainly worried about the large tire size on this model and how hard it might be to pedal if the battery dies. That might make a good video. Also, I saw the new model XPress on the Lectric Bikes website featuring 2.1" slick tires which might address my concerns.. Will the coupon code work for the XPress? I like the fact Lectric is UL 2849 now.

Nice video, we usually close the arms after removing the first bike from our 1up rack, keeps me from hitting the 2nd bike on them! We do need to add lights to our rack though, it's tough to see the SUV taillights with the bikes covered up.

Chris, thanks for exposing one of the secret shames of anyone who has been around cargo and planes! Its not OCD when it comes to tiedowns. Its years of programming and training coming to action. Up to just recently I have been in the air cargo gig in Anchorage for almost 30 years working the 747 & 777 moving cargo, being a load planner, load master, station guy and anything that made the jet move guy. But after all those years, my truck has all the optional additional tiedown rings installed because things need to be tied down... and when i load my trailer, its all weight and balance with a proper load distribution. A reasonable forward CG is prefferable. And extra tiedown straps on hand for just in case is a must. So thanks for outting us! And thanks for your service!

Us Cargo guys have to stick together and we have additional tie downs in our truck too because this is the way. We use the Hyperax Volt Lift. The ramp is built in and helps with loading our eBikes. Several of the ties downs that you do, the Volt Lift has it built in. Check it out. It has been working great for us.

Those locks ciuld be Compromised with a grinder. Look for the New York U Lock. Very difficult to use the grinder
