Fantastic multiplanar exercises - I really enjoyed this workout! I had to switch out dumbell weights on a few exercises - that shows me where I have weaknesses to shore up and explains some bad posture habits that also need addressed! I can already feel myself sitting more upright without consciously thinking about it. So glad I found your channel! Thanks Vera!

I did 15min cardio while watching wreck it Ralph. My thighs hurt from yesterday and I don't think i can do legs tomorrow 🙂 i will do arms tomorrow and after that I will do the legs ☺️ 💕 thank you ✨

My arms are just vibrating! I really enjoy an upper body! I’m still nursing an injury so again I had to use a lighter weight but man…. the sweat is just dripping off me! I had to dig deep to do those lateral raise and hold plus the front raise and flys. Love the entire workout though and the time just flew by. Going to get some much needed rest now 😴

Totally brutal workout! Since the ads always come on right before the rests do,what do you think about reducing the rest. So I can use the ads as the rest? Otherwise I have to fast forward the rest after watching the ad. So excited about the new group!

Thank you so much - so glad you liked it! Since many people use KZbin premium, they don’t get the ad breaks. Plus ad breaks can be of different length, so I have to keep the rest breaks as is, hope you understand! I usually add ad breaks where I personally took an extra few seconds of break, so I don’t think you have to fast forward, but of course it’s entirely up to you 💪💪

Vera, loved this Workout, felt very tired this morning. This was just what I needed. I used 6kg dumbbell each and 12.5kg dumbbell each. Great combination of exercises throughout. Thank you very much.

I almost died after the second exercise (pendulum thing). The hollow body movements were tough (at least for me).This upper body workout was challenging. I am glad I am done ✅ Thank you Vera 🙏🏾

OMG that was a killer arm/shoulder workout Vera! Holy Curl Circles - I'm not ashamed to say but I had to go down in weights for a few but I finished it all in the end! My arms are 🍞🍞🍞🍞! Thanks though - great workout🔥🔥
