As you can see the sled isn’t loaded up too much… we only had to borrow weights from the nearest two gyms otherwise we just strap dj up to the f450 with the parking engaged. Work with whatcha got.

Most of the special operations community are on performance enhancement drugs. Retired guy took a lot of damage during GWOT so if he's on it, he probably needs it for recovery and replacement therapy. He earned it

When I went to visit my son in Coronado, he and all the TGs had enormous legs. Like ungodly to the point my wife made a comment and she never says anything about anyone’s physique. He’s been out for a bit, but his legs are still huge. No disrespect, but why are his legs so small?

This is exactly the type of training I need. Functional training was never in my repertoire. I've lost so much range of motion over the years by just bodybuilding alone. Thank you for "enlightening" me.
@brycejarvis15777 ай бұрын
I’m in the army I’ve been doing bodybuilding/powerlifting exercises for so long without realizing how little it actually benefits my job. You get strong and look good but functional training is where it’s at it’s so much more rewarding and you feel wayyy better
