走路踏出去重心到前腳,以前腳為支點,後腳就自然擺盪晃到前面變成前腳,一蕩接一蕩就是最省能量的走法

Great video, I have been working everyday since the pandemic for 5 to 10Km, I experienced many of the discomfort mentioned here, then overtime slowly corrected the "bad habits", I have a step counter, and now I find myself walking 10,000 steps, about 6 to 7K without feeling anything at all, the only reason I don't walk longer is just not having the time ;-) I still have a bad habit of putting my hands in my pocket...one thing that I find interesting is if want to speed up, and I swing my arms like the Chinese Military parade, it is even more comfortable, not sure the reason behind that
