Its anger frustration and passion that they have when doing ridiculous things in F1 cars that no one else would be able to do. Easy way is to cut the vehicle comms from the TV or make it 18 and over only.

F1 commentators can lie, can be toxic, can orgastrate a hate mob for years and still hired by F1. And a driver needs to shut up, bow and can not even curse in a dangereous highspeed car. F1 is sinking into an Anglo Saksen pool of money grabbers.
