Ethan Vaden I can barely touch a 10ft rim but can easily dunk a 9,6 rim so your technique must be bad when going up for a dunk. I lose confidence when going for a high rim so I don’t jump as high

Easy way to increase your jump: do track and field and do sprinting and jumping events. I could barely touch rim freshman year and I am now a senior and windmilling and shit and the only thing I did differently was weight room and track. I didn’t grow either and I gained like 25 pounds of muscle.

Probably. I’m 14yo as well, idk what my vert is, but I’m 5’6 and I can dunk on 8’5 as well. I can touch rim on 9 but can’t dunk. I can barely touch rim on 9’5, so how much do y’all think my vertical is?

HappyVegan For this workout it is good. You will shock your Central Nervous System and use progressive over load after that take 1 week off. Then retest your vertical jump and I guarantee you will see a difference bro.

I’m six foot and I can barely get rim ik it’s sad and everyone is saying I’ll never dunk and I want to prove them wrong do you have a more efficient and quicker way to increase my vertical

I can jump off 1foot and dunk a smaller ball like that of Volleyball, lawn tennis etc at 10ft but never a basketball at 9ft 8... How do I increase my Verticals without access to equipments?!

Sir, Im 17 and only 4.8 I've been bearing all bloody insults and everything since years but now things got serious and I should grow tall not in s week but atleast in one month I should become 5feets it's very . important. Problems is I cant use any instruments like dumbbells, weightlifters and all. I have very less time please help me out sir.. your my only hope . Please 🙏🙏🙏

For strength do Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges and Step Ups. For plyometrics do Practice Jumps, Sprints and Depth Drops. I go over all of these exercises and a lot more in my dunk program at: www.verticaljumptruth.com/vjt-2-0

I’m 5’10 without shoes and with shoes 5’11 and since I’m 13 I’m still growing so I can’t tell if it’s my verticle going up or my height but I can get about an inch away from the rim
